Due for completion in December 2016
The first stage of the development will comprise a mixture of larger, completely refurbished production, warehousing and office units ranging from 6,000ft2 to 20,000ft2.
The units will have 18ft eaves, electric roller shutter doors, UPVC windows and be ready to occupy, complete with internal offices/showrooms, full WC facilities, lighting and heating.
There is extensive dedicated parking with each unit and clear access for articulated heavy transport to the full-height electric roller shutter door.
Externally the units have been recalled with plastic coated steel-insulated composite panels in goose wing grey with dark grey detailing and trim, and white UPVC double glazed windows.

Phase II will comprise a range of smaller units for a variety of individual uses, ranging from office to warehousing and production, or any combination to suit occupiers.
Self Storage Units
A dedicated self-store site will be completed as part of phase I to provide individual lock up storage units, each comprising a new 20 ft steel container complete with security locks and multiple vents.
